Hello all,
I've been railway modelling off and on for over 35 years, my latest layout has not been touched for over three years,(Probably Five!) but i'm getting that yearning back.

Mostly scratchbuilt with some kits, rails SMP finescale, points, all sorts, including double slips, scratchbuilt.

Here's some pics, but please bare in mind that it is still under construction

Phil-Hi there, fair play mate -you have really caught the Welsh mineral line flavour there, great all round work and craftsman level weathering-the dark grey `backscene` really adds authenticity-all it needs is Sospan fach in close harmony swelling up between trains.........:D
P.S-Whatever caused you to walk away from that for three years...she must have been a stunner..........

Hi Guys, I can't believe it's been three years since I was here last:)

I was planning to re-start my layout which I had'nt touched for many years but it did'nt happen, but I think it will now as i've just bought a NCE Powercab and have installed three Locsound decoders into a 45xx, 4MT and a 3MT.

For those that remember this post, just a reminder that this layout is far from being finished and i'm now looking forward to doing some secenery etc to get it looking good.

Hi Phil, I have just caught up with your posts. Unfortunately some of your photos appear to have been deleted by Photobucket, but the ones I have seen look very good. I have not been in the forum as long as you and so missed your earlier posts. However I do look forward to your future photos of progress.

Regards
Albert.
