Train name headboards were quite common in the UK at one time, with many express trains named, like the Highland Chieftain, Royal Scot, Cornishman and so on. They started to die out when the High Speed Train appeared, it wasn't safe to attach a name board on them and so many named trains started to lose the headboard.
These days very few mainline trains carry them, it is often limited to charter trains, such as in your link. However, as the name of the charter changes for each excursion, most now simply have the name of the charter company, the Board on your link is for a 'Pathfinders' tour.

Fox Transfers have some real train headboards but I think you want something unique or unusual you might have to enlist the help of '247 developments'

Have you forgotten to use your computers to compose/print at whatever size you want. I have copied much off the net, ie posters etc. and sized to oo for use , station enamel signs, road signs, or concocted my own ie.small local firms like the coal merchants, what price innovation these days ,seems it must be 'available to BUY' for most, my backscenes were from local REAL views for the open countryside, sized to give distance perspective along with copying commercially available to give continuity which did not exist in the bought versions.
