Twickenham & District MRC's new N gauge layout - BATTY MOOR - based on the Settle & Carlisle is nearly ready to join the exhibition circuit. It had a very successful outing at a local event on May 16/17 and performed faultlessly. All that needs to be done is build some more rolling stock from N Gauge Society kits, fit the lighting pelmet and glue down some sheep and the group will be ready to accept invitations from Exhibition Managers. The Club welcomes any N gaugers living in South West London and beyond to come down and see the layout in person - see our website www.tdmrc.org.uk - the last Friday of each month is usually a running night.
