Im just about to start my new layout and try not to make as many mistakes as I did on the last one!! :)

I converted the old layout to DCC last year, but decided that I could, hopefully, make a more entertaining DCC layout, if I started again.

The original layout went through many modifications and changes over the 7 years it was in use/being built. As did I... via a series of incidents, accidents, redundancies and wild ideas after long nights drinking Cognac.... I ended up turning my hobby into a business.

Ive not joined the forum to promote my shop (although it may help ;) ). But I thought that I would let you know straight off. The line between my hobby and business has become very blurred...

Ive attached a photo of the old layout, being eaten by a giant cat!! Im just about to start track laying for the new one... and the cats not allowed to play anymore.

Hi Dave, First off Welcome to the Forum, Looks quiet a layout you had there, I look forward to seeing photos of the new layout when you get round to it, Why don't you put a link or information about your shop in the Shops section of the forum. Regards, Brian.

Hi Dave, on the Model Railway Forum page, top left is the main menu, click on Model Railway Links, And put your details in the shop section. Regards, Brian.
