Is it possible to create a model railway.

hello, my Dad would like to have a model railway but the only space he can use is just over 5 foot by 3 foot. Is this big enough for a model railway? He would like to have two tracks going around the outside and some coming into the middle. I hope this makes sense.

Hi Michael, Welcome to the forum, yes It is possible on a baseboard that size you will have to use N gauge to get the best use of the space available. Brian.

If it helps Ive just found a video in the library called "On the right track" (a beginners guide to model railways) fronted by Dave Slater of Dean Sidings model shop Gloucester which shows how to start from baseboard to track laying plus. Hope this helps you.
