Twickenham & District MRC announces large new ambitious OO layout

Hello everyone

Just to let you all know the T&DMRC are about to start work on a large (33ft x 10ft) continuous run OO layout. It will be based around a re-useable "common fiddle yard" - this means that the Club could eventually have two, three or more "fronts" - British steam era, American HO, European HO, British Diesel Era etc - all sharing the same fiddle yard although of course only one could be running at any given time!

Yes, our probable "first front" is also 3rd rail Southern based on TWICKENHAM.

Is 3rd rail Southern about to be the new "GWR branch terminous"?
