Hope it goes well, I will be watching with interest as I currently use Kadee couplers and this seems much much cheaper.

The problem might be with corrugated cardboard...

The problem might be with corrugated cardboard being made of three layers that the layers might start to come apart if not initially supported inside and out. Especially if it became to damp.

Assuming you want to swap Hornby insulfrog points for Peco electrofrog, I think you will find the geometry is different. They also tend to be longer. I stand to be corrected though.
