Hi All,
First of all I'd like to apollogise for hijacking the forum, I know nothing about trains other than occasionally they are late. My father recently passed away and I've inherited a clockwork train set, I've been unable to find any information on it any where and am currently selling it on fleabay but wanted to make sure i was doing the right thing. I won't advertise the train set on here without an admins say so and have changed my user name so that it does not correspond with my ebay ID as I don't want to cause issues, I am only after advise. Can any one tell me if they have heard of this train set and am I doing the right thing by selling it on Fleabay? Its a Hornby Goods Set Gauge "O". Type M.O. Train in Green 2 a Tender in green with 2595 on the side. 2 wagons in red 2 keys in the box, 1 with Meccano written on it. 6 sections of straight track. And extra to the box 6 curved sections of track. Can any one tell me if this Type of train is rare or is it so common people don't mention it? Any help would be appreciated and once again apollogies for the hijacking. ATB Stu |
