By the way I like the way you refer to yourself as an old codger. What will you be when you really do become an old codger?
I have got to go into hospital for a cataract operation in the autumn. Only one eye is affected following a vitrectomy for a detached retina. With only one eye you do not have the depth perception essential for accurate close work.

That's why I am calling myself an old codger!

No you're not. My mum has one working eye now and has starting calling herself an old codger. She's 94. You've got a long long way to go. You've got to let me start calling myself an old codger before you can.

ОК, I'm really sorry for that. The forum is not the place for such conversations.

Let the new layouts design season begin! But before that, see 3 more track plans, added during the summer:

The Grand Home Layout of Paul in HO scale

Union Pacific Silver Creek Division Layout in N scale

Metro-style HO Layout With Subway Station

Hope you will like these plans and will draw some ideas and inspiration for your own layouts
