Default Something Different for 00/H0...

An old toy like locomotive with deep flanged wheels. I've enjoyed owning this just for the fun of it, but I dont need it so I'm offering it for sale. It needs code 100 track though it doesn't like points, so maybe the old Triang track is more suitable.
It was made by Wimmer in West Germany. This is the electric (Luxury!) version as they also did a clockwork version. The base is tinplate. The body is plastic. It runs well. It is play worn, so has lost a pantograph and the other tinplate pantograph is past its best.

Item no longer for sale pending conversion.

Withdrawing from sale as I have an idea. I'm going to turn down the deep flanges and convert the model to run with my Dublo 3 rail collection. I think it will look great running on 3 rail metals.

MG that chassis looks like it would pull a full sized coach.

It should pull two or more. I think three or four. It has quite some go. As long as it can get traction on its drive wheels as only one pair of wheels is driven.
