Default Insurance

As my layout starts to increase in size I have started to think about insurance. What do others advise regarding this do you take out special insurance or add it to house insurance or not bother.

Unless any one item is valued at over 1000 (usually) your normal house contents insurance will cover everything. Its well worth making a list, with values, of all items you have and keep this separate. Just in case of problems.
If you attend exhibitions or other events with a layout and stock you can take out specific insurance for the event but the cost will be fairly high!
