If you like the tracksetta idea these are cheaper postage cheaper and quicker

I would still prefer the buy a half circle of track for each radius, use them as a template and my own layout all the curves are Peco setrack, if i were to start again the track would be Code 75 as there's a far better range available and my rolling stock is all new.....Picture of non dropper track i used this on my incline with droppers just on the 5 main supports...Tinned copper braid soldered either side of the fishplates little bit of slack to allow for expansion....

If a curve is going to be the same as a ready made curve then I use them, anything else including straights I use flexi.
