Well, I'll say welcome to the forum, I won't have to recommend your book or web page anymore. It is here in the flesh. I must say it is a very comprehensive guide to the details of model train layouts, covering everything from start to finish, and a mine of information for the uninitiated into the world of DCC

Regards
Albert.

Excellent book, the best move I made was to buy this before I started in model rail. Very detailed information easily understood even by me, it's helped me a lot.

The book arrived today and on first impressions it's very impressive.

I'm yet to read it, but have flicked through and I reckon it's just what I need in order to get re-started with the modern methods.

Feeling quite pleased as I ordered the book via Amazon for 8.99

8.99? That's half price! Well done, it's worth every penny, I paid full price, but it's such a good piece of kit, I wouldn't be without it. It's getting a bit worn now, as I'm constantly referring to it, especially with regard to wiring points.

I agree, it's one of those essential books, and available via the model railway bookstore at 9 as well, absolute bargain at this price

I've had this book for a little time now. I must say there are one or two items, especially wiring electrofrog points, which is now crystal clear to me - the diagrams are also very helpful. I'm sure there are similar books out there, but to me, it was the best purchase I made.
