Next question for the MRF ``Which Consumer Guide``

LED strip light

i am going to run 2 either side in my loft on the purlins

so i need 2x2m with uk plug fitted and clips or channeling to secure them to the purlins

i have search the WWW ,ebay looks bleak a few other shops stock light but no clips or channeling etc

anyone know of a good shop

IKEA LED strips are very good.

Any strip lights that I have used have always included the correct fixings in the package. Cable clips can be bought as required. Same with 3 pin plugs and suitable cable or flex.

When I refitted the shed, I used similar to these:

I think I used six 3ft units which cost less than £50.

I think he is referring to strips of LED's not the LED 'tube' lights. Could be wrong.

If looking for strips of LEDS, I used screwfix - they include driver, plug and the strips have an adhesive backing.

They all come with fittings.

I bought a 5m roll from Llidl years ago. About a fiver. They are being diverted from layout use to the new kitchen my good lady has just ordered to bling it up a bit.
