Re: My new layout
More great work there WTD!
Re: My new layout
Hello Wtd,
I've spent some time looking through your thread, you've done a lot fair play to you.
I notice at the start comments about making rather than running stuff. Once I'd found 0 Gauge and made my 1st loco and a decent controller to go with it, I couldn't get over the magnificent running, still haven't.
7mm has something the smaller scales can never compete with, gravitas, even the smallest loco possesses it.
Cheers - J

I make as much as I can myself and try to find ways of not spending too much money.

Thanks Jim, I do love running the locos but often find I've been faffing about for an hour and realise nothing has moved.

I think we all do this - in my case "faffing" around for an hour is usually days or even weeksWalkingthedog wrote: ↑Thu Nov 26, 2020 6:35 pm Thanks Jim, I do love running the locos but often find I've been faffing about for an hour and realise nothing has moved.

The dumbest thing I've ever purchased was a 2020 planner!!

Fabulous pictures - love the lady feeding the pigs. There's a lot to be said for a small 0 gauge layout.

I have to say Brian, that doesn’t look bad at all.

I really like the little green saddle tank. It is like the one that can be seen on Brian Sheriff backscenes.
Enjoying freelance modelling in 7mm narrow gauge Feel free to ask questions relating to the Mountain Goats Waggon & Carriage Works thread.

Nice one Brian.
Most people are shocked when they find out how bad I am as an electrician
